My apartment had a severe case of carpet moths and Tom’s Pest Control got rid of them in just one visit. I am so satisfied with their service and it is also very cost effective! They will be visiting again in 2 weeks to make sure all the moths and their eggs are gone, which is amazing! We were advised on how to ensure the pests don’t return. Will definitely be coming here to get my end of lease pest management done!

Termite Barriers for Maximum Protection

Termites are those uninvited guests who are always eager to crash the party at your home or business. Give them a small opening, and they’ll get inside to munch away at your investment. That’s where TPC’s termite barrier steps in to save the day.

Our chemical termite barriers are like a high-end security system for your property. For new buildings, they act like a fresh layer of protection. For older structures, they offer a long-lasting defence by creating a shield around your home.

To offer maximum termite protection to your property, we trust high efficiency termiticides like Termidor, Altriset, Biflex, Premise, and Homeguard. These premium products keep termites at bay and ensure your home remains safe from their destructive munching.

Benefits of Our Chemical Termite Barriers

If you have decided to protect your home with our chemical termite barriers, you would want to know more about their benefits. Here’s a simple rundown of why they’re a great choice:

  • Reliable Protection: Our barriers create a strong shield around your home that stops termites in their tracks. This isn’t just about keeping them away; it’s about actively preventing them from getting inside and causing damage.
  • Long-Lasting: Once applied, our chemical barriers offer extended protection. They’re designed to last, so you don’t have to worry about frequent replacements. Of course, we recommend annual termite inspections to confirm everything’s alright.
  • Versatile Application: Whether you’re building a new home or updating an older one, our barriers work effectively in both situations. For new builds, they’re part of the initial construction. For older homes, they can be added as an extra layer of defence.
  • Expert Installation: Our team knows exactly how to apply the barriers for the best results. We place the termiticide around your home’s foundation or under concrete slabs, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

What Makes Termidor HE So Advanced?

  • Streamlined Efficiency: We make the application process smoother, so there’s less digging and drilling, which means less hassle and disruption for you.
  • Advanced Polymer Technology: This new technology boosts protection by spreading the treatment evenly across the area.
  • Flexible Application: Termidor HE is super adaptable, allowing for wider spacing between drill holes and shallower trenches. This makes it easier to treat tricky foundation designs without losing any effectiveness.
  • Termidor Transfer Effect™: This feature helps the treatment spread through termite colonies without them even noticing, making sure we get rid of the whole infestation.

$2 Million Assurance Warranty by

Termidor

Choosing Termidor’s termite barrier treatment means you not only get excellent protection but also a $2 million assurance warranty. If termites manage to get through the barrier and cause damage, Termidor will cover you up to $2 million.

This guarantees that your home is protected from structural damage caused by termites. The warranty requires your premises to be treated by a certified Termidor applicator like TPC, confirming the use of genuine products.

White Ant and Termite Barrier Process

To remove termites from your property, we adopt a systematic approach that includes the following:

Barrier Process
Inspection

Termite inspection is the first step we take to confirm whether these pests are already on your property. Applying chemical barriers won’t help if termites are already present.

If termites are found, we will first carry out the extermination to remove these unwanted guests from your property.

We’ll then carefully dig a trench around the perimeter of your building. This trench usually extends down to the footings and is about 300mm wide.

We then mix the termiticide with water and apply it to the trench, which helps create a barrier against termites. After the application, we will tell you when a termite barrier refill is needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

A termite barrier or white ant barrier is a protective measure developed to stop termites from entering a home or building. Different types of barriers exist, including chemical and physical termite barriers, each offering various levels of protection.

Termidor is one of the most effective chemical termite barriers that uses an advanced formula to create a shield to repel termites. Its proven track record makes it a leading option for home and office owners wanting to safeguard their property.

A chemical barrier involves applying a liquid termiticide around your home’s perimeter or beneath the slab. This creates a protective zone that termites can’t cross. On the other hand, a termite reticulation system is a network of pipes installed around your property that continuously delivers termiticide to the soil for protection.

The frequency of replenishing your termite barrier depends on the type of barrier you have. For chemical barriers, like those using Termidor, it’s typically recommended to have an annual inspection to ensure the barrier remains effective. Some barriers may need reapplication every few years, but regular inspections will help analyse if any maintenance is required.

Spotting termites can be tricky because they often work silently. It is best to look for signs such as mud tubes on walls or foundations, discarded wings near windows or doors, or damage to wooden structures, like hollowed-out timber or sagging floors. If you suspect you might have termites, it’s best to schedule an inspection by our team.
